IL HB4569

Amends the Department of Central Management Services Law to require the Department to develop and implement plans to increase employment of individuals in arrears on child support payments by the State government.

Requires the Department to prepare and revise an annual employment plan for individuals with child support arrears in consultation with informed individuals and organizations.

Mandates all State agencies submit data to the Department by October 1 of each year reporting the number of employees in arrears on child support payments.

Requires the Department to submit an annual report to the General Assembly by December 1 containing agency data, year-to-year comparisons, and details on each agency's implementation activities.

Effective immediately upon becoming law.
