Requires the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation to adopt rules within 12 months mandating 6 hours of education on diagnosis, treatment, and care of cognitive impairments including Alzheimer's disease and other dementias for persons seeking licensure to practice medicine.

Requires continuing education rules within 12 months mandating an average of 2 hours per license year on cognitive impairments diagnosis, treatment, and care for licensed physicians.

Specifies training requirements apply only to physicians who serve or will serve adult populations.

Requires curriculum to cover diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease and other dementias (including recognizing signs and symptoms), person-centered care, assessment and care planning, and culturally competent health care.
