Removes the Radiation Protection Act of 1990 from the list of acts scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2021 under the Regulatory Sunset Act.

Extends the repeal date of the Radiation Protection Act of 1990 to January 1, 2031, creating a new 10-year sunset period.

Maintains the January 1, 2021 repeal dates for the Crematory Regulation Act, Cemetery Oversight Act, and Illinois Health Information Exchange and Technology Act.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
