• Extends the repeal date of the Community Association Manager Licensing and Disciplinary Act from January 1, 2022 to January 1, 2031.

• Requires all applicants and licensees to provide valid street addresses and email addresses to the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, with changes to be reported within 24 hours via the Department's website.

• Creates new "designated community association manager" position to replace "supervising community association manager," requiring firm licensure to have an active designated manager who serves as controlling person and authorized signatory.

• Adds high school diploma/GED requirement for licensure and adds new grounds for discipline including illegal discrimination, failure to disclose third-party compensation or ownership interests, and operating a firm without a designated community association manager.

• Effective immediately upon passage.
