Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code to allow the Secretary of State to issue disabilities motor decals or devices to expectant mothers during their third trimester.

Decals or devices issued to expectant mothers are valid for no more than 90 days and must clearly display the expiration date.

Decals or devices for expectant mothers require adequate documentation proving the applicant has entered her third trimester and are subject to the same application requirements as other temporary disability decals.
