• Applies prevailing wage requirements to any agreement or contract (including all schedules, exhibits, and attachments) entered into by a public body with a private entity for infrastructure projects.

• Maintains existing exemptions from prevailing wage requirements, including work by utility companies, owner-occupied residential properties, and soil and water conservation work on agricultural lands.

• Applies to wages of laborers, mechanics, and other workers employed on covered public works projects, including maintenance, repair, assembly, and disassembly work on equipment whether owned, leased, or rented.
