Requires every school district to include a unit of instruction on human trafficking in grades 6 through 12, which may be incorporated into existing courses chosen by the school district.

The human trafficking instruction must cover: definition of human trafficking, recognizing signs of trafficking, where to report suspicions, how to assist victims, and how to prevent becoming a victim.

Each school board determines the minimum instructional time required to qualify as a unit of instruction under this section.

Amends the Human Trafficking Resource Center Notice Act to require school administrators to post human trafficking resource notices in a location visible to students in grades 6 through 12, in addition to locations visible to school employees.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
