Requires the Illinois Secretary of State to publish corporate data as "open data" in machine-readable format, freely available to the public without registration or restrictions

Eliminates fees previously charged for accessing lists of corporations, not-for-profit corporations, and limited liability companies

Mandates daily publication of newly formed corporations and at least monthly publication of LLC lists as open data

Defines "open data" as machine-readable data made freely available under an open license without registration requirements or restrictions on use or reuse

Amends the Business Corporation Act of 1983, General Not For Profit Corporation Act of 1986, and Limited Liability Company Act; takes effect immediately upon becoming law
