HB5116 - Military Service Members Parking Space Act

• Creates requirement for each State agency and constitutional office to designate at least one parking space at each location for exclusive use by military service members

• Designated parking spaces must be located as near to the front entrance as possible

• Parking spaces may only be used by veterans, active duty members, or reserve component members of the United States Armed Forces

• Designated spaces must be marked with a sign reading "Armed Forces Only Parking" and displaying the seal of each branch of the United States Armed Forces

• Effective immediately upon becoming law
