Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act by adding Section 2WWW to regulate hotel and lodging advertising.

Prohibits advertising or displaying room rates in Internet search results that exclude required fees, with the exception of taxes and government-imposed fees.

Applies to casino hotels, hotels, motels, and short-term rentals (residential units rented for less than 30 consecutive days), but excludes bed and breakfast establishments and non-residential properties.

Defines "short-term rental" to include vacation rentals of single-family dwellings or residential units in multi-unit structures rented for less than 30 days.

Classifies violations of these advertising requirements as unlawful practices under Illinois consumer fraud law.
