Requires governing boards of all Illinois public universities to submit reports to the Board of Higher Education identifying measures adopted to support immigrant and refugee student integration.

Applies uniformly to eight public university systems: University of Illinois, Southern Illinois University, Chicago State University, Eastern Illinois University, Governors State University, Illinois State University, Northeastern Illinois University, and Northern Illinois University.

Each university board must document specific programs, services, and initiatives designed to meet the needs of immigrant and refugee students in higher education settings.
