Amends the Automatic Contract Renewal Act to lower the contract term threshold from 12 months to 6 months or more.

Requires written notice to consumers 30-60 days before automatic renewal, clearly disclosing that the contract will renew unless canceled and where to find cancellation procedures.

Requires automatic renewal clauses to be disclosed clearly and conspicuously in the original contract, including the cancellation procedure.

Provides liability protection for businesses that demonstrate routine written compliance procedures, unintentional errors, and provide full refunds or credits when errors occur.
