Amends the Radiation Protection Act of 1990 to remove provisions requiring persons seeking limited scope diagnostic radiography accreditation to register as "student-in-training" with the Illinois Emergency Management Agency.

Eliminates the 16-month training period requirement and the prohibition on performing diagnostic radiography procedures after that period expires without accreditation.

Changes accreditation requirement language from examination "offered" to examination "approved" by the Agency for individuals seeking limited scope diagnostic radiography accreditation.

Allows the Agency to assess a reasonable fee to cover "any" costs (changed from "the" costs) incurred in conjunction with administering examinations.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
