Prohibits posting signs indicating that cash payment is not accepted at retail locations.

Prohibits charging higher prices to consumers who pay with cash compared to other payment methods.

Applies only to in-person retail transactions and excludes telephone, mail, and Internet-based transactions.

Violations constitute unlawful practices under the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.
