Requires school districts to print contact information for the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline and Crisis Text Line on the back of student identification cards.

Mandates that school districts without student ID cards or not issuing them to all students must publish this suicide prevention information on their website instead.

Applies the requirement to both regular school districts (Section 10-20.73) and other school district types (Section 34-18.66).

Takes effect on July 1, 2020.
