Requires trustees of schools in Class II county school units to maintain an Internet website with public access to trustee names, contact information, meeting schedules, agendas, and approved minutes from the current and previous 2 fiscal years.

Mandates publication of annual total compensation for each trustee and township school treasurer, itemized by salary, retirement contributions, insurance premiums, allowances, and deferred compensation.

Requires posting of audited financial statements for the prior 3 fiscal years, current fiscal year budget (by September 30), contracts valued over $25,000, and collective bargaining agreements.

Requires township school treasurers in Class II county school units to submit quarterly investments reports to each served school district within 30 days after each calendar quarter ends, including cash accounts, investment instruments, accounting book values, rates of return, and maturity dates.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
