Amends the Illinois Freedom to Work Act by adding Section 15 regarding enforcement of non-compete covenants.

Requires employers who enforce a covenant not to compete to pay the employee full compensation and all benefits the employee would have received if employment had not been discontinued.

Compensation must be paid either for the duration specified in the covenant or until the separated employee finds full-time work at a commensurate rate and benefits in a field not subject to the covenant, whichever occurs first.

Voids any covenant not to compete if an employer attempts to enforce it in a manner that does not comply with these payment requirements.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
