Amends the Equal Pay Act of 2003 by adding Section 22 to require employers using unpaid interns to file annual reports with the Department of Labor.

Reports must be submitted on November 1 each year covering the 12-month period ending September 1 of that year.

Reports must include the total number of unpaid interns utilized and the percentage of those interns who are offered and accept paid employment with the employer after their internship ends.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
