Removes the prohibition against intentionally or wantonly allowing a dog to hunt on another person's land or waters without permission from the landowner or their designee.

Retains the requirement that hunters must obtain permission before knowingly shooting firearms or bow and arrow devices at wildlife on another's property.

Establishes that a landowner's designee must be designated in writing with a notarized signature, including legal property description and the extent of authority granted.

Requires law enforcement to receive notice from the owner or designee of a violation before enforcement action can be taken.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
