Requires schools to include notice of this prohibition in written policy information provided to students and parents annually.

Mandates schools establish anonymous reporting procedures with one designated person to receive violation reports and forward them to regional superintendents.

Requires annual training for all employees who interact with students covering physical prevention measures, clearly defined violation examples with consequences, and reporting procedures.
