Mandates that school nurses coordinate seizure disorder care and ensure all school staff, including those working after-school programs, receive training on recognizing and responding to seizures through an approved online course from a nonprofit organization like the Epilepsy Foundation

Requires school districts to provide bus drivers transporting students with seizure disorders with notice of the condition, care instructions, and emergency and parent contact information

Provides liability protection for school employees acting in good faith under the Act, excluding willful misconduct, gross negligence, or recklessness
