Creates the School and Law Enforcement Coordination Task Force to study the use of security cameras in schools in coordination with local law enforcement.

Task Force shall study: current school security systems and camera usage; estimated costs for schools to install security cameras; coordination policies and best practices between law enforcement and school districts; and issues regarding school district access to security camera systems by law enforcement.

Task Force consists of 17 members including legislators, state police, Chicago police, law enforcement organizations, school representatives, and the American Civil Liberties Union, with most non-legislative members appointed by the Governor.

Task Force must meet at least four times before December 31, 2019, and present findings and recommendations to the Governor and General Assembly by that same date.

Illinois State Board of Education shall provide administrative support; Task Force dissolves after submitting its final report.
