Honors Marshal Enoch T. Hopkins, born March 22, 1824, who served as a law enforcer in Morris beginning in 1854 and was killed in the line of duty on September 14, 1878

Requests the Illinois Department of Transportation erect plaques or signs at suitable locations notifying the public of the memorial road designation

Directs copies of the resolution be presented to Marshal Hopkins' family, the Illinois Department of Transportation, the Morris Police Department, and the Mayor of Morris
