Requests the Illinois Department of Transportation to erect plaques or signs at suitable locations marking the memorial road, consistent with state and federal regulations

Directs that copies of the resolution be distributed to Patrolman Roseland's family, the Illinois Department of Transportation, the Morris Police Department, and the Mayor of Morris
