Trooper Ellis was born January 10, 1983 in Macomb, served in the U.S. Army, and lived in Antioch with his wife and two daughters

Requests the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority to erect appropriate plaques or signs identifying the memorial highway

Directs that copies of the resolution be presented to Trooper Ellis's family and the Chairman of the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority
