Honors Ronald Crose (born December 10, 1945 in Keithsburg), a U.S. Navy Petty Officer Third Class who was killed in action in South Vietnam on November 24, 1967

Directs the Illinois Department of Transportation to erect plaques or signs at suitable locations along the highway designating the memorial name, consistent with state and federal regulations

Requires copies of the resolution be presented to the families of both servicemen and to the Mayor of Keithsburg
