Directs the Illinois Student Assistance Commission to create a working group on financial aid policies and procedures to advise ISAC on model policies for verification, professional judgment, and other aid delivery matters.

Working group tasked with identifying and eliminating procedural barriers at state and institutional levels that prevent eligible students from receiving financial aid.

Working group composition includes president of statewide financial aid administrators organization, additional financial aid administrators representing diverse Illinois postsecondary institutions, and president of statewide college admission counseling organization.

ISAC Executive Director may add additional experts in college access, federal student aid, higher education disparities, immigration law, tax law, or other relevant topics at their discretion.

Working group members serve without compensation but may be reimbursed for travel expenses from ISAC appropriations, and ISAC must ensure the group represents geographic, racial, and ethnic diversity of Illinois.
