States that LCpl. Gutierrez was assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division at Camp Pendleton, California

Urges the City of Chicago to rename Trump Tower Plaza after LCpl. Jose Gutierrez in recognition of his sacrifice to the country

Directs that a copy of the resolution be presented to LCpl. Gutierrez's family and the Mayor of Chicago
