Urges the United States Congress to approve the Education Freedom Scholarships and Opportunity Act, which would provide $5 billion annually in federal tax credits for donations to scholarship-granting organizations for private schools, apprenticeships, and other educational programs.

Urges Governor Pritzker to allow Illinois's Invest in Kids Act to remain in full effect for its intended five-year pilot program period, which was established as part of the 2017 bipartisan Evidence-Based Funding for Student Access Act.

The Invest in Kids Act provides dollar-for-dollar tax credits to individuals and businesses that donate to scholarship-granting organizations, enabling low-income students to attend schools of their choice.

Expresses concern that Governor Pritzker's Administration has indicated plans to end the Invest in Kids program before the pilot period concludes.

Directs that copies of this resolution be sent to all members of the Illinois Congressional Delegation and Governor JB Pritzker.
