States that Title X funding supports family planning services including STI prevention, cervical cancer screening, and sliding-scale services that primarily serve low-income communities and women of color.

Argues that defunding clinics that provide abortion services will disproportionately harm impoverished communities and undermine progress in reducing teen pregnancy rates.

Directs copies of the resolution be sent to President Donald Trump, the Department of Health and Human Services, and all members of the Illinois Congressional Delegation.
