Declares February 16-22, 2020 as Grain Bin Safety Week in Illinois.

Acknowledges that over 900 grain bin entrapments have been reported in the past 50 years with a 62% fatality rate.

Recognizes 2014-2015 saw the highest grain bin entrapment fatalities since 2010, with 24 entrapments and 14 fatalities in 2015, and 38 entrapments with 17 fatalities in 2014.

Promotes education, awareness of safety practices, routine equipment inspections, and emergency action plans to reduce grain-related fatalities.

Recognizes participating industry leaders and agricultural organizations including Nationwide Agribusiness, various insurance companies, and the National Education Center for Agricultural Safety.
