Requires climate solutions to be designed to reduce legacy environmental, health, and economic impacts without imposing further risks on vulnerable communities, and to ensure affordable energy access and high-quality jobs with family-sustaining wages

Demands that transportation planning provide affordable mobility to essential services, that resilient infrastructure investments prioritize historically disinvested communities, and that safe, clean, affordable drinking water remain accessible to all

Directs delivery of this resolution to the President, Vice President, members of Congress, and relevant federal and state officials and agencies
