Congratulates 4-H of Kendall County for celebrating National 4-H Week during October 4-10, 2020.

Recognizes the 2020 National 4-H theme "Opportunity4All," which aims to address the opportunity gap affecting 55 million youth in the United States due to spatial, societal, or economic circumstances.

Notes that Illinois 4-H clubs serve youth ages 5-18, with programs in career development, civic engagement, creative arts, STEM, and healthy living.

States that in 2019, 4-H clubs in DuPage, Kane, and Kendall counties reached more than 23,015 youth with assistance from 193 community volunteers.

Directs that a suitable copy of the resolution be presented to 4-H in Kendall County as a gesture of appreciation.
