Congratulates David "Dave" Wians on his retirement as president of the Gladstone Park Chamber of Commerce after 21 years of service and commends his dedication to the organization.

Honors Wians' 30-year membership in the Gladstone Park Chamber of Commerce and his sponsorship and participation in numerous chamber activities.

Recognizes Wians' business career, including his work in the life insurance industry from 1977-1981 and his State Farm agency founded in 1981.

Acknowledges Wians' community involvement as a youth baseball and basketball coach for over 20 years, past president of the FRG Recreational Council, and charter board member of the FRG Memorial Foundation dedicated to seven children killed in a 1995 school bus/commuter train accident.

Notes Wians' family of five children and six grandchildren with his wife Demetria, whom he married in 1978, and his induction into the Steinmetz High School Hall of Fame in 2017.
