Urges the Illinois Supreme Court to permanently amend Illinois Supreme Court Rule 711 paragraph (g) to expand legal practice options for ABA-accredited law school graduates without requiring the bar examination.

Requests automatic admission to the Illinois bar for graduates who complete 360 hours of legal services under Rule 711 paragraph (g) and comply with all registration and fee requirements of the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission.

Addresses COVID-19 related delays in bar examinations (September 2020 and February 2021) that disadvantage law school graduates, particularly those without financial advantages.

Notes that Rule 711 paragraph (g) was temporarily amended on July 2, 2020 to allow December 2019 and 2020 law school graduates to practice law in expanded contexts including law firms and private legal departments during the pandemic.

Directs delivery of the resolution to the Illinois Supreme Court.
