Adds new offense of aggravated criminal sexual assault for persons who commit sexual penetration with victims aged 18-19 who are secondary school students if the accused held a position of trust, authority, or supervision over the victim (Class X felony).

Adds new offense of criminal sexual abuse for persons who commit sexual conduct with victims aged 18-19 who are secondary school students if the accused held a position of trust, authority, or supervision over the victim (Class 4 felony).

Applies to both public and private secondary schools and requires the accused to have held a position of authority or trust specifically in relation to the victim at the same school.

Reorganizes criminal code sections by moving sexual offense provisions from Sections 12-14 and 12-15 to Sections 11-1.30 and 11-1.50.
