Amends the Dual Credit Quality Act to add a new standard regarding fees charged to high school students in dual credit courses.

Institutions cannot collect fees from high school students enrolled in dual credit courses exceeding the amount necessary per student to administer the dual credit program.

Any fees collected from high school students must be used exclusively for administering the dual credit program and cannot be redirected to other purposes.

The Act becomes effective immediately upon becoming law.
