• Amends the Lobbyist Registration Act to require registrants to disclose any business relationships they have with state officials in their reports.

• Requires registrants to disclose any familial relationships with state officials that are known to them, with "familial relationship" defined to include spouse, children, parents, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, in-laws, step-relations, half-siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and fiancé(e)s and their parents.

• Applies these new disclosure requirements to the semi-monthly reports that lobbyists and lobbying entities must file with the Secretary of State under existing law.
