• Reduces the amount transferred to the Tax Compliance and Administration Fund from 1.5% to 1% of specified tax collections across multiple local government entities and taxing districts.

• Applies the reduction to distributions from the State Finance Act (County and Mass Transit District Fund), Counties Code (home rule county taxes), Illinois Municipal Code (home rule and non-home rule municipal taxes), Metro-East Park and Recreation District, Local Mass Transit District, Regional Transportation Authority, and Water Commission taxes.

• Effective date is July 1, 2019.
