The Department of Innovation and Technology Secretary and Department of Corrections Director shall jointly adopt a rule or best practices protocol for incarcerated individuals to access approved job search and career building websites.

Incarcerated persons in Department of Corrections institutions and facilities are permitted to access only specific, pre-approved job search and career building websites.

Access to these websites is limited to a specified period before the person's release from the Department of Corrections facility.

The protocol applies to all committed persons housed in Department of Corrections institutions and facilities across the state.
