Adds "teledentistry" definition to Illinois Dental Practice Act, permitting use of telehealth systems and methodologies in dentistry including patient care and education delivery under a dentist's authority.

Requires dentists administering anesthesia to maintain current certification in advanced cardiac life support or pediatric advanced life support, and mandates continuing education in sedation techniques and airway management.

Extends the operational period for dental practices of deceased or incapacitated dentists from one year to up to four years total (initial year plus up to three additional 12-month extensions approved by the Department).

Modifies dental assistant training requirements by allowing structured training programs from statewide dental associations as an alternative to accredited educational institutions for certain expanded functions.

Extends the expiration date of provisions governing public health dental hygienists, public health supervision, dental assistant expanded functions, and dentist vaccination authority from 2020-2021 to January 1, 2026.
