Amends the Career and Workforce Transition Act to require public community college districts to accept up to 30 credit hours transferred from approved institutions for students completing specified vocational programs

Eligible programs for credit transfer include healthcare fields (Medical Assisting, Medical Coding, Dental Assisting, Pharmacy Technician), skilled trades (HVAC, Welding, Carpentry, Roofing, Electrical Construction), and technical programs (Renewable Energy Technology, Communications Systems)

Programs must be at least 9 months in duration and use a credit-hour system to qualify for transfer

Community colleges may accept transferred credits as either direct equivalent credits or prior learning credits, consistent with accrediting standards and licensing requirements

Adds new provision requiring Board-designated credit hour values for medical and healthcare programs (items 1-6) to be applied as direct or elective credit toward an associate degree of applied science
