Permits school nurses and school administrators to administer medical cannabis infused products to registered qualifying patient students during school hours, before/after school care, and school-sponsored activities, and allows student self-administration under direct supervision of school staff.

Requires written parental authorization specifying times and circumstances for administration, with copies of registry identification cards kept on file with the school nurse; authorization must be renewed annually.

Prohibits school discipline of students receiving authorized medical cannabis administration and requires schools to adopt implementation policies; mandates annual training for school nurses and administrators on proper administration procedures.

Provides legal immunity from arrest or prosecution for school nurses and school administrators acting in accordance with the law to administer or assist with medical cannabis infused products to students.
