Department of Central Management Services must conduct an annual presentation regarding programs for hiring qualified employees with disabilities.

Each State agency must designate one or more persons with hiring responsibilities to attend the annual presentation.

Department of Central Management Services and Department of Human Services must submit annual reports to the Governor and General Assembly on actions taken under this section.

Programs shall include provisions to increase hiring of people with disabilities for specific job titles for which they have been assessed and awarded a passing grade.

Act takes effect upon becoming law.
