IL SB1200

Extends the Rare Disease Commission's annual reporting requirement to the General Assembly through 2023, instead of the previously scheduled 2020 repeal date, and delays the Act's repeal to January 1, 2023.

Amends the Lyme Disease Task Force membership to include appointments by legislative leaders (Speaker, Minority Leaders of both chambers, and Senate President), in addition to existing appointments by the Director of Public Health and other state officials.

Extends the Move Over Task Force reporting deadline to January 1, 2021 and the repeal date to January 1, 2022, instead of the original 2020 and 2021 dates, for studying violations of Scott's Law and protecting law enforcement and emergency responders.

Removes the January 1, 2020 repeal date for the Task Force on Children of Incarcerated Parents, allowing it to continue operating, and delays the task force's report submission deadline to March 1, 2020.

Adds a new repeal provision setting July 1, 2020 as the repeal date for the entire Article concerning the Task Force on Children of Incarcerated Parents.
