Amends the Firearm Concealed Carry Act to prohibit licensees from knowingly carrying a firearm on or into any building, real property, or parking area of a polling place holding an election authorized under the Election Code.

Adds this polling place restriction as subsection (24) to the existing list of prohibited areas for concealed firearm carry, which includes schools, courthouses, hospitals, universities, and other government buildings.

Applies the same signage requirements as other prohibited areas, requiring uniform 4-by-6-inch signs clearly posted at entrances indicating firearms are prohibited.

Does not prohibit a licensee from carrying a concealed firearm while traveling along a public right-of-way that crosses polling place property, or from storing a firearm in a locked vehicle in the parking area.
