IL SB1299

Amends the Intergovernmental Cooperation Act to expand the definition of "public agency" under Section 2 of 5 ILCS 220/2.

Adds the Illinois Law Enforcement Alarm System to the list of entities considered public agencies for purposes of the Act.

Adds the Mutual Aid Box Alarm System to the list of entities considered public agencies for purposes of the Act.

The Mid-America Intermodal Authority Port District remains included in the definition of public agency.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
