Removes requirement that collaborating physicians, podiatric physicians, or dentists have an employment relationship with advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs).

Eliminates requirement that anesthesiologists, physicians, dentists, or podiatric physicians remain physically present on premises during certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA) services; instead requires they remain available for emergencies through discussion and agreement on the anesthesia plan.

Consolidates separate written collaborative agreement requirements for CRNAs in dental offices into a single section (65-35) covering all non-hospital CRNA practice settings.

Expands full practice authority provisions to apply to certified registered nurse anesthetists, including requirements for 250 hours continuing education and 4,000 hours clinical experience with attestation by collaborating physicians, podiatrists, or dentists.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
