• Establishes stalking against a child as a Class 3 felony and aggravated stalking against a child as a Class 2 felony under the Criminal Code of 2012.

• Adds stalking and aggravated stalking against a child to the list of sex offenses requiring registration under the Sex Offender Registration Act.
