Extends the validity period of renewed Firearm Owner's Identification Cards from the previous duration to 10 years from the date of expiration of the previously issued card.

Extends the validity period of renewed Firearm Concealed Carry licenses to 5 years from the date of expiration of the previously issued license.

Maintains the $10 renewal fee for Firearm Owner's Identification Cards, with funds deposited into the State Police Firearm Services Fund.

Renewal applications for Firearm Owner's Identification Cards must be approved or denied within 60 business days if submitted before expiration, and the card remains valid during processing unless revocation applies.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
